Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Creator Replay (“the service”), a tool that reads your connected TikTok Shop account and organizes your own videos by the product each one sold. By connecting your account you agree to these terms.

1. The service

The service is a library and downloader for videos you already posted. It matches each video to the product it sold, using order data your TikTok Shop account already has, and gives you views, sales, and commission figures per video. It does not post, edit, or delete anything on TikTok on your behalf.

2. Your TikTok Shop connection

You connect your own TikTok Shop account through TikTok's own sign-in screen. We only ever ask for read access to your videos and order history: never posting permissions, never account settings, never payment details. You can revoke access at any time from TikTok's own connected-apps settings, which immediately stops any further reads.

3. Downloaded videos

Every video in your library is one you already posted publicly. Downloading it here does not grant any new rights over content you don't already own. You're responsible for how you reuse it, the same as you would be reposting it yourself (brand-deal terms, music licensing, and platform rules for wherever it goes next are still on you).

4. Acceptable use

• Don't use the service to access an account that isn't yours.
• Don't attempt to scrape, resell, or redistribute the service itself.
• Don't use it in a way that violates TikTok's own terms for your Shop account.

5. Billing & cancellation

The service is $12/month or $99/year, billed in advance. Founding testers get a free trial through the date shown at sign-up. Cancel any time from your account page. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing renews after that. Refunds for partial periods are handled case by case; contact us and we'll sort it out.

6. Availability & changes

This is a small, actively developed product. Features may change, and we'll do our best to keep your library and download history intact across changes. We'll tell you here, or by email, if anything material about these terms changes.

7. Termination

You can stop using the service and disconnect your account at any time. We may suspend an account that violates section 4, with notice where practical.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided as-is. Sales and commission figures are pulled from your TikTok Shop's own data and are only as accurate as that source. Always confirm exact payout figures against TikTok Shop directly before relying on them for accounting or taxes. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Elli & Tee Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
