Privacy policy

Creator Replay is a video library for TikTok Shop creators, built by Elli & Tee Inc. This page describes exactly what we access, what we keep, and who else ever sees it. We do not sell your data to anyone, for any reason.

1. What we access

When you connect your TikTok Shop account, we request read-only access to two things: your videos (so we can list and preview them) and your shop's order history (so we can match a video to the product it sold, and show you views, sales, and commission). We never request posting permissions, payment details, or account settings.

2. What we store

• Order and product data from your TikTok Shop, used on your behalf to build your video library and earnings figures.
• Video files, mirrored from your public posts so previews and downloads load quickly and reliably.
• Your account details. The email or TikTok identity you sign in with, and nothing else about you personally.

We do not store your TikTok password (we never see it; TikTok's own sign-in screen handles that) or any payment card details (billing is handled by our payment processor, which never shares full card numbers with us).

3. How long we keep it

Mirrored video files and order data are kept for as long as your account is active, so your library stays complete and downloads keep working. Deactivating or deleting your account removes access going forward; see Data deletion below for removing what's already stored.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with the services that make the product work, each limited to the role it plays:

• Hosting and infrastructure. Our hosting provider serves the app and stores mirrored video files; it does not use your data for anything of its own.
• TikTok. The platform your Shop account lives on, and the source of the data described above.
• A video and social-data retrieval vendor. Used to fetch public video files and metadata on our behalf; it processes what we send it and does not retain it independently.
• Our payment processor. Handles billing directly; we receive confirmation of payment, never your card number.

We never sell, rent, or trade your data, and we don't share it with advertisers.

5. Data deletion

You can request full deletion of your account and everything we've stored for it at any time. Contact us and we'll confirm once it's done. Disconnecting your TikTok Shop account (from TikTok's own settings) stops any further reads immediately, even before a full deletion request is processed.

6. Cookies

We use one functional cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

7. Children

The service is for TikTok Shop creators and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll post the update here and adjust the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
